Refund and Return Policy
To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will refund your purchase price less shipping and handling provided Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of original order date. Item(s) must be returned unopened, unused, unhandled and in the original manufacturer packaging, in a re-sellable condition and must include all unopened accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation and is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. If your purchase included "Free Shipping" then the actual shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your purchase price. Any medical products opened and/or used cannot be returned. If they are returned to us and do not meet these requirements, we will be unable to issue a refund or return them back to you. Please choose the following products carefully, as they are not returnable; Nutritional products, Skin Care and Lotion Products. Customer must contact pdrmed.com and receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item(s) It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to pdrmed.com once an RA is issued. Please note, however, that certain products and services mentioned on our site are sold by third parties or are linked to third party Web sites, and we have no responsibility or liability for those products or services.
Providing the Correct Shipping Address
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address for UPS and/or USPS deliveries. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete including first and last name. pdrmed.com is not liable or responsible for an incorrect delivery address.
pdrmed.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, not received, and/or Customs captured international packages, and cannot issue a refund. If such a misfortune occurs, we will file claims with the post service on your behalf. If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can choose to receive a product refund less shipping and handling.
pdrmed.com is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package. Recipient of package is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, we will not be able to refund your shipping and handling costs.
