Shipping Information and Rates
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days via United Parcel Service. You will receive an email with your tracking information (when available) after your order has shipped. All orders that use Free Shipping will be shipped USPS First Class Mail.

You may cancel your order as long as your products have not been shipped. Email us at to verify that your order has been shipped.

Provide Correct Shipping Address
Customer is responsible for providing correct shipping address for UPS and/or USPS deliveries. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete including first and last name. is not liable or responsible for an incorrect delivery address.

Non-Refundable is not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, not received, and or Customs captured international packages, and cant issue a refund. If such a misfortune occurs, we will file claims with the post service on your behalf. If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can choose to receive a product refund less shipping and handling.

Customs Fees is not responsible for duties or fees incurred by Customs, nor can we provide an estimate of the cost of potential duties that may be assessed to a particular package. Recipient of package is responsible for any and all duties or taxes incurred by Customs. All items entering a foreign country are subject to Customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through Customs and collecting duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to contact your customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes apply. If you refuse to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, we will not be able to refund your shipping and handling costs.
