To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will refund to you your purchase price less shipping and handling provided Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of original order date. Item(s) must be returned unused and unopened in the original manufacturer packaging in a re-sellable condition and include all unopened accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation and are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Any medical products opened and used cannot be returned. Please choose the following products carefully, as they are not returnable; Nutritional products, Skin Care and Lotion Products. Customer must contact pdrmed.com and receive a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item(s) It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the product back to pdrmed.com once an RA is issued. Please note, however, that certain products and services mentioned on our site are sold by third parties or are linked to third party Web sites, and we have no responsibility or liability for those products or services.
